Cascade Gardens Seniors Community

Cascade Gardens Seniors Community is owned by Jubilee Multi Generational Housing Society. The purpose of the society is to relieve poverty by constructing, maintaining, and operating residential housing and incidental facilities at below market rates for low-income individuals of all generations of society. The society also aims to provide specially designed programs and residential accommodation for elderly persons and persons with disabilities.

The chair of the society's health service advisory board (HSAB) is Amir Hemani. Amir has been active in the senior's housing industry in roles from general manager to senior leadership since 2004. This board advises on services provided to residents at Cascade Gardens Seniors Community.

Park Place Seniors Living is contracted to manage Cascade Gardens on behalf of Jubilee Multi-Generational Housing Society.

Jubilee Multi Generational Housing Society was incorporated under the BC Society Act in 2011 and is a registered charity. The society is inspired by timeless values of compassion, care for the vulnerable, respect for diversity, service to others, and the dignity of human life.
